A Third of the World have yet to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ. Andre is committed to giving his all to change that. Simply put, Andre Loves God and Andre loves People.
Alongside a relentless work ethic and a willingness to learn, Andre thrives in helping to foster a positive working environment where people are able to know and function in their place on the team. Andre is determined to find the Gold that lies inside us all and teach people to soar with their strengths.
Away from work, you'll find Andre drinking coffee, enjoying the company of his beautiful wife, and doing his best to keep his 4 children alive and out of too much mischief.

Young Life is a Christian mission loving teens in their world and encouraging them to know Jesus Christ. We do this by going where kids are and building personal relationships with them. You will find Young Life leaders wherever kids are found… cheering in the stands at a hockey game, encouraging them in school activities, or hanging out at the nearest coffee shop or skate park. Jacob has worked for Young Life for the past eight years and moved to Lethbridge in September 2023 to help start it up in Lethbridge. In Young Life we like to say “You were made for this”, we desire for every teen in Lethbridge to know there is a God who created them and desires a relationship with them.

Emmie and Carl worked overseas for a number of years before moving back to Canada to work with ServeBeyond in training and sending out global workers. They love seeing how the next generation is engaging in the global church in new and innovative ways. They live in Three Hills in a multi-generational household that includes the sweetest King Charles Spaniel/poodle cross in the world (and they have seen a LOT of dogs all over the world)! They have four great kids and two amazing son-in-laws.

Sid has been involved in full-time youth ministry for over 19 years. Following his time at Briercrest Seminary, Sid spent 4 years in Canmore as the youth pastor at Canmore Trinity Bible Church, 11 years at the Evangelical Free Church of Lethbridge as Director of Student Ministries, and the last 4 years in Kelowna British Columbia with Truth Matters Ministries. In 2001, Sid founded Truth Matters with the mission to help the next generation see and experience the truth of Jesus Christ. Since 2013, Sid has put his full-time energy into Truth Matters Ministries as the Executive Director. Sid lives with his wife Jen and two boys Cole and Payton at Green Bay Bible Camp in Kelowna British Columbia, where his wife is currently the Executive Director.

Growing up on the outskirts of Boston, “gio.” found himself surrounded by gospel music and poetry at a very young age. Inspired by artists like TobyMac and Andy Mineo, he started writing music, eventually leading him to share his work with the rest of the world. Gio hopes to bring a new, modern look to Christian music with the intensity of his various pop and hip-hop sounds. He wants his audience to understand that they’re not alone in their walk with God when they listen to his music and that they are not left stranded. He believes that there is a need for creativity in the Christian music world and doesn’t want to put any barriers on the art that he makes. Gio also hopes to inspire the next generation to create freely with their God given gifts.

In a cosmic storm of inflection, R2DJ spins his way through POP, hip hop, dance and dubstep. Jesus and faith topics being the only underlying, unifying theme. “I like to take samples, clips, sounds, anything really, things might never have been used in a Christian setting and use them to get the crowds hyped for Christ. I truly believe that the most exciting thing happening in music today is coming from Christian music.”
R2DJ started his musical journey as rapper in the Christian hip hop group ILL PROFHETZ. The group performed together for seven years and released 2 albums in that time. As members of his hop hop group pursued other adventures, R2DJ began DJing at youth conferences, weddings, school Grads or anywhere he could use his turntables to lift the name of Jesus.

Marissa is a Youth and Worship Arts Pastor in Richmond, BC who loves the Lord and His church! Growing up in Kamloops, Marissa has been involved in music and worship all her life. This love of music led Marissa to study Worship Arts at Columbia Bible College and she has worked in church ministry since graduating in 2021. Beyond her gift for music, Marissa is knowledgeable and passionate about social justice, racial equality, and youth knowing Jesus!
