Registration/Check-in is from 6-7pm on Friday, October 2. If you arrive after that time, please visit our Info Desk to check in.
It is easiest if parents can register their youth, because only they can sign the waivers that are required at the time of registration.. However, if you would like to register your whole group, please contact Desiree at 403-329-3125 and she will assist you in the registration process.
Refunds (minus a $5 administration fee per person) will be available until September 29.
After September 29, no refunds will be available unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Our cap is 500 students and leaders due to the size of our facilities.

Although we don’t provide sleeping accommodations, we suggest you look into camping, staying at another local church, hotel or finding a family who is willing to host you and your youth. If you run into issues finding accommodations, give us a shout and we’ll see how we can help you.
